Familiarity Breeds Contempt

January 6, 2008

Update 2: I have a love-hate relationship with the other half. šŸ˜ More love, less hate. But the hate pops up nevertheless.

Update: This made me feel so much better! Thanks, Amrit!

I just realized some relationships should be kept at a distance. Always. To escape that sour taste in your mouth after you’ve just spoken to the other half of that relationship. Even if it kills you inside.

I’m beginning to understand why you have to stay aloof from someone though you’d like nothing better than to open yourself up to them and give them your all. It’s a funny thing, the mind.

    Er..would I be prying if I asked if your second half were one one the gentlemen mentioned above? šŸ™‚ JUST asking!! You are at perfect liberty to blow me off if you wish, no offence will be taken šŸ™‚ Its a very impudent question anyway!

    @sharanya:
    Lol. It’s perfectly fine for you to ask. šŸ™‚ But I’m going to have to take that liberty and blow you off cos this is too public a forum for me to name people. Esp. people in not-so-flattering posts such as these. šŸ˜›
