Bondage

January 22, 2006

There he stood, the soft moonlight making ripples of familiarity on his phlegmatic face. His thoughts came down upon him like a shroud, baring their brutal reality against his powerless self. He wanted to reach out. Into the fiery night. Into freedom. Into the blue, blue sea that stretched so endlessly beyond the horizon. Into himself. Into anything. To escape this tortured, masochistic affair he was cocooned in.

But how, how could he let her go. She. As she began weaving herself into his thoughts, it was all he could do from exploding. She metastasized through his being as a force so potent that nothing, not even him could stop her. She. A woman so beyond description. A woman who defied womanhood, but was the very essence of it. A woman who seemed to be an aura herself. He plunged into his psyche, exploring his enslavement to this beast, which had very nearly ruined him. She coursed in his veins. A venom so powerful; he knew without really knowing that this bondage would cause all else to fade into nothingness. It was, perhaps, what a part of him wanted.

what i understood from all that is…a guy is in love with a girl but he doesnt really “love” her because he wants to leave her…it is also a masochistic affair so you cant say they are all that in love with eachother…and the second para(the parts of it which make sense) say that they are madly in love but it is…destructive love ?(i didnt get “she was an aura of herself” etc etc)…he must be really attached to her or something if she “courses in his veins”…but why would he want to leave her then?

or are you not talking abotu love at all ?
if not then what is it?

*and if this gets posted how have you disabled comments?!*
*if it does not, i hate you*
